Fantastic place to play with my laptop during a weekday when the mall attracts less crowd compared to weekends and holidays. So relaxing. A cup of allongé with ~50g of unsalted butter I bring with me is equivalent to eating an ice cream if you are ketogenic adapted.

Je suis fan de la brûlerie Rousseau depuis longtemps, c’est la meilleure brûlerie à Québec selon moi (peut-être à l’exception de la brûlerie Saint-Henri ). Les employés sont toujours souriants et très gentils, les baristas aussi sont très habiles, leur lait moussé est toujours parfait. Le café 1867 que j’utilise depuis plusieurs années est aussi excellent, espresso chocolaté très bon en latté. La succursale du grand marché a un superbe aménagement avec une machine à café à faire rêver! À essayer. ⭐

Très belle place pour prendre un café, une bonne soupe (ou crème), plusieurs dessert et petit gâteaux, sans compter les bons sandwichs et salade. Je prends souvent un cortado au lait d'avoine et il est toujours excellent.
